Always messing up my order and they take forever when i order through the app trying to make it easier on them the staff well... most the staff is sooooooo rude and the manager is not as bad but still not what I expect at a Starbucks but I fixed the issueand just don't go to that location anymore thank God there are more starbucks in Fayetteville!!!!!! I came in to get a caramel Frappuccino a few days ago and the front staff was great. But the manager named Monique went from the... front to the the back of the store and I could hear her yelling at someone who I could only assume was an employee. It didn'tsit right with me that the manager who is suppose to be leading her employees was berating one of them. As a fellow serviceindustry manager I believe this sets a terrible example to the employees and the customers who had the unfortunate privilege tolisten to this. I thought starbucks had a better atmosphere and working environment but apparently it's ran by people who thinkyelling at employees is a good management style. I can not in good faith be a customer at this location anymore. I can't waitfor the cross creek location to be opened again. Read more

The cashier was very nice! That the only good thing. The girl fixing however... I didn't get what I ordered! But she INSISTED... that I did.
