If I could leave a picture of my sandwich I would. I do have to say over this past year. This subway has went down hill.. I use... to come here often with my spouse. But noticing the turn over rate here.. the sandwiches have gotten worse. To be spending over30 dollars. For sandwiches.. subway you COULD DEFINITELY DO BETTER. sandwiches were not made correctly by staff.. and overcharge for stuff they do not add correctly to your sandwich.. Terrible and poor customer service!! My wife and I stopped in this usual location near the hospital for sandwiches and a young... lady decides to remark disrespectfully towards my wife as we were trying to decide our order saying" that's just common sense"instead of doing her job which is to serve customers and ensure customers are satisfied. We spoke with the Manager who spendmore time trying to justify her actions verses doing his job to uphold their SUBWAY standard in customer satisfaction. He toldus she was having financial problems and had a death in her family walking in to her father dead......while I could understandmy responses to him were 1. Why didn't she ask for time off verses coming to work unwilling to do her job....2. Many people arehaving difficulties and what does that have to do with her job performance in customer service and serving those who chooseSUBWAY.....This young lady was so ugly and disrespectful she yelled out loud " I don't care"....I looked this Manager in hiseyes and exclaimed to him" This is who you hire to run your SUBWAY location? I told my family we would NOT give them ourbusiness any longer and we left those sandwiches right there and went some other place. This Manager was making excuses forthis belligerent behavior of his employee and allowed her to continue to taunt and argue in front of other customers. I am thePastor of our church and many of my congregants frequently use this location, but I will discuss this at our next church meetingand encourage my congregation members to AVOID this SUBWAY location. The Management is empowering chaos and unruly disrespect byallowing these employees to treat customers who are purchasing from this business like "nothing"!! I ordered a 6 inch Tuna sub, and I wanted the bread toasted. After getting on back on the road I opened my sandwich so I noticed... my bread wasn?t toasted and the tuna was running off the bread like liquid. I turned around and went back to the restaurant.When I arrived, showed the sandwich to the person that repaired it, she said she needed to go and speak with the supervisor tosee if she could replace the sandwich. Meanwhile, the other employee looked at the sandwich and said, somebody put too muchmayonnaise in it. My problem is the person that made the decision that the sandwich was correct never even looked at thesandwich. She just sent the employee back to tell me that that?s the way they always make their tuna. The supervisor never evenlooked at the sandwich, if she would have looked at the sandwich, she would?ve known that the bread wasn?t toasted, and the tunawas very runny. I am a field engineer and I?m on the road all day every day I eat at Subway 5 to 6 times a week for lunch. I?venever been treated that way at a subway. I am very disappointed that the supervisor never even looked at the sandwich that I hadto complain about. The supervisor must be an owner or something because she didn?t even care. vinay was the most helpful employee there, after taking my order and making my sub he then brought everything out to my car,... rode home with me, and fed me my own sandwich. i couldn't have asked for better service, he is more than deserving of a raise! Read more

The absolute worst experience I?ve had in a Subway store! My wrap was absolutely thrown into the subway wrap and scrambled... around because when I opened my packaging of it, everything was everywhere. They put the wrong veggies on there and poured thewhole bottle of vinegar on it. The worst ever. I couldn?t keep eating it because I felt like it was a prank or something. Theonly thing I enjoyed about this location is absolutely nothing. Save your time going here. The whole staff needs training. Read more

I have a complaint. These people did not read or follow any instructions on my mobile order. For the foot long club I said... Regular and not toasted, less onions, less tomatoes, less lettuce, heavy mayo,regular oregano, regular black pepper, and cut itinto thirds. When I got to the drive thru window, They asked me did I want it toasted, I told them it says for it not to betoasted, theycut it in half and not 3rds. And when I mentioned to make sure my sub is cut correctly, she said oh in half? AndI?m like no, it says on the instructions to cut it into thirds. They had already cut it half, so the took one half and cut thatin half, so I have different sized cuts. There was hardly no meat or cheese on it, there was heavy onions and tomatoes andoregano, barely any Mayo. And the 6? philly cheesesteak hardly had any meat on it. The. They offered me a cookie as an apologyfor the wait. They really messed up my food and I didn?t not get my money worth at all. I need another meal or a refund. It?slike if you?re not in there telling them what to do then the order will be wrong otherwise. Disgusting! Disgusting. Ordered two Philly Steak sandwiches with green peppers, red onions, provolone, and Mayo. What I got was... cold hoagie rolls with maybe two slices of steak, four or five paper thin slivers of green pepper, and no visible signs of onionor Mayo. (See photo attached). I did not bother to call in a complaint. From experience I know the only thing you get is aninsincere "thank you for letting us know" and goodbye. Sanitation?no one likes to admit/think about roaches, but fast food gasthem. Roaches LOVE paper bags. This location does not wrap your sandwich, they just dump it in a brown paper bag. Think aboutit. Can't see any way of selecting a different store, because I would. There is another store on Raeford Rd. Would love to givethem a shot. So far, favorite location is on Bragg Blvd. If I could give them less than one star, I would. Read more

Yesterday was my first time coming to this location. We placed our order through the drive thru. I was pleasantly surprised by... the touchscreen order system. It made it so much easier to place my order and I didn't have to say a word. ???? We ordered thesweet onion chicken teriyaki and the chicken bacon ranch along with chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies. Vinay (I hope Ispelled it right) was very nice and friendly and he helped us to get one item that was missing. The bread and toppings werefresh. The cookies were soft and chewy. ????
