Walked in to get a sub for work, I was the ONLY customer in the store with two workers, one of which was the ? assistant... manager?, it took them 20 minutes to make me ONE sub. I made sure to leave early to make it to work on time & still ended uplate . The employees were literally dragging pretending to be a robot while making my food . I?m glad I was visiting from out of town because this subway will never see me again. I got the pizza . It?s a personal pizza... but she put enough cheese on it for two larger pizzas. The pizza was still cold in the middle when I got to where I was stayingwhich is two minutes away. The lady working yesterday 12/23/21 was extremely rude and unfriendly. She threw my sandwich together so uncaringly that I... almost said never mind. She never said hello how may I help you or thanked me for coming. Just rude because I actually asked herhow she was doing, and she just said fine what can I get for you. This was the worst subway visits that I have ever been to. When my son and I walked into the establishment, I said hello to the... worker. She ignored me. I brushed it off thinking that she didn't hear me. BOY WAS I WRONG !!! She was rude throughout the wholetransaction. I told her that we wanted two meals. She didn't say that we could only get chips with a meal. I didn't understandthat at all. This is the only location that would tell a customer that you can only have a bag of chips with your meal otherthan a cookie.To top it off she didn't tell us. She called another worker to the front so he could help us. My thing was, shecould've asked what we wanted. She didn't even say thank you, Merry Christmas, or anything. I was greeted by the manager and employee when I walked in. This was my first time at this location. My issue isn?t with the... service but the quality of food. My bread was not fresh and tasted as if it was sitting overnight. I?ve always had fresh breadat other Subway locations. I can understand skimpy meat but the bread is the base and it?s disappointing that the bread was notfresh. The cookies didn?t look appealing at all, they were probably stale as well. Read more
