I understand yall close at 1:30am but yall printed the correct receipt, stuck it on the bag but only got one item correct out of... 4. 3 things of fries, a soft taco and two gorditas is not what we ordered. This location is so quick. I absolutely love the staff also even though I only go through the drive thru. They always repeat my... order and I have not had a problem with service. I will travel across town passing two other Taco Bell resteraunts just to getthe good service here!! Read more
It's 3:50 in the afternoon. Order online for mobile. Only 2 cars in line including mine. Car already on side waiting for other.... Car in front of me is now waiting for other on the side. Then I am asked to pull around and wait in delivery spot. I asked whycause there is no one else in line but me. I was told so they can keep their drive thru times down. I'm waiting for my other nowafter I pulled out of the restaurant and drove back in. The car that was in front of me got their order and a car that wasn't inline when I was in line has there food before me. And the doors are locked so they are serving no one in the inside. Like comeon. I expect that from a busy place not an empty one. I normally have a great experience here. Read more
This was not my usual Wendy's but it will be know! They were so busy the insid!e was closed to only order on the mobile app and... te drive through never had less than 10 cars waiting but I was amazed at how fast that line moved! The Manager and cashier hadthat window working so smoothly and they were so friendly and they were VERY short staffed. They were graet and the food wasperfect! Read more
I went to this Taco Bell yesterday and although the staff were very nice, I can't believe they had to work with no AC and the... temps outside were 90+ degrees! Unbelievable! I also was told their ice machine wasn't working so they couldn't sell carbonateddrinks. My question to you is, would YOU want to work under those circumstances? Read more
Waited 15+ minutes for a nacho bell grande and a chicken taco, finally got it and its the absolute bare minimum. Chips a tiny... bit of sour cream, beans, and tomatoes..lukevwarm..that's it. There was 2 cars in front of us, one of them pulled off so reallyonly one. Very disappointed. Read more
