Never answer the phone so don?t expect to place a take out order. Staff never has any sense of urgency.
Had the joy of having Mimi help me when I came in. I was definitely hungry, and in between us talking I was impressed by her... because she was all over the place and helping everyone. The group that was there on October 8th were very close. You could tellthis. Everything I had was made correctly. Everyone helped everyone else and it was a great moment of everyone going above andbeyond their responsibilities to ensure everyone got food fast and others could take their break. Why is is so hard for anyone to pick up the phone . You would think it?s busy . I went there it?s a ghost town. I made my order... and waited forever. Updated ** went tonight to order Togo. Food was quick but no need for employees to have personal conversations loud enough the... whole restaurant hears. And they were so scattered they let someone walk out forgetting about 3 items in a bag and I walked outand realized half way home I was missing grits I ordered. Cook was doing good and I have no complaints about him. He actuallytold the others to stop rushing and take a minute. But the 3 or 4 others need to take a second and not rush and maybe if theystopped the extra chit chatting they wouldn?t mess up orders . Old review **Awesome service tonight ! Recently they stopped taking phone orders and only take online orders. The online ordering is bad. Severely outdated. Can't... even do custom requests like removing an item from a menu choice (for example burger no lettuce). Read more
