Weiner Works on Ramsey is the absolute worst. We have coupons and they refuse to honor them, even though their address is on... there, and no expiration date. They were absolutely rude about it. The kids meal didn't have enough nuggets so we ordered the 20 piece. We ask for a toy for my grand baby and they said no. I... explained the above and they agusually give her a toy anyway. She spoke with someone else I assume a Supervisor they said no. Iexplained again and they refused. We spent almost $50.00 normally we spend close to $70 when we have our other 2 grandkids. Wehave been in there when kids were given two toys or a baby given a toy . If you want to disappoint my grandchild over apromotional toy used so kids will nag their parents about coming back to your Establishment so be it. This is a hotdog place but prefer sonic. It took 10 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. 1 start for that. The service was... friendly and accurate. But no masks were worn when I reached the window. 3 stars. That burger was kind of expensive and thetomato was thick. It took over sandwich flavor. I would not recommend letting your child work here. Very toxic work environment. The owner Mrs. Nancy is not very considerate of... the teenagers that work there. Told my child that he could take an Uber to work after they scheduled him on a day they knew hecouldn?t work then threatened to fire him. So he could save his job he worked an 11 hr shift that day. They had a problem withknats in the ice cream machine. My son was instructed to scoop them out and still serve the ice cream. He refused! They needbetter managers. Managers that are actually going to make sure their jobs are done instead of hanging out in the parking lot andsleeping with other employees! That place is nasty and needs to be shut down. Read more
