Purchased 3 grilled chicken Cobb salads via drive thru today after being at the hospital all morning. We get home and there was... no egg, no bacon, little chicken and little cheese and lettuce on it. The cucumber and tomato slices were so big we had to takethem out and cut them on a cutting board. Got my usual two fried salads and a 6 piece chicken finger plate was disappointed that the salads were sub-par. The cucumber was... cut in pieces so big you couldn't eat them without cutting them into smaller pieces. (We didn't order salad fixings, we orderedsalads ready to eat.) This location gave me a horrible experience. Especially the dark skin woman with large eyes at the drive through window acted... like an employee from hell. I?ll pass on someone getting an attitude with me and walking away from the drive through window,because I told her they made me the wrong size drinks. Like how hard can it be to switch out a drink size and provide politecustomer service. She told me that?s a lot to do, rolled her eyes ,and stormed off. I'm not a frequent flyer at Zaxby's. My mother wanted to visit so I obliged. The drive-thru was busy so we decided to dine in.... Upon entering you could tell the dining area was a very clean. There was only about four patrons inside. The cashiers wereknowledgeable and friendly. I ordered Wings & Things, boneless with the insane sauce. Well I waited for my order to be preparedI visited the restroom. The restroom was clean and smelled sanitized. My food was ready in a timely manner considering how busythe drive-thru was. The food was fresh french fries were hot which was a plus. The insane sauce was tasty. The food was okay,but that's my opinion and my palette. Zaxby's would not be my first choice, it all depends on your taste buds. However, theexperience was good, and I would rl visit again. If you have not tried it I would recommend it. Read more

This was the first time I had eaten at Zaxby's in years and this meal did not disappoint! An instant smile was put on my face as... I bit into the Spicy Signature Sandwich ???? It exceeded my spicy chicken sandwich expectations ???? The fries lit up all thebest parts of my brain and now I am addicted ???? I had been looking for some good crinkle fries for a while and these frieswere seasoned in all the right places and really hit the spot. I will now get a basket of them every time I go ????
