First time coming here. I only wanted to try the chicken, bacon, ranch fries & it just so happened to be on Veterans... Day..... First off the line was very long and moving very slow. Then we remembered it was veterans days and was like oh wellMay as well get what they offering. Then a guy came out told us we had to download their app to get the reward so we may as wellpark then go in because it would be faster. We go in and the lady asks us when did we download the app? We said about 10 minago.. she tells us it will take about 24hours before the reward shows up so we can't get anything bc it's only for today.. soI'm like why he tell us to come in then? She shrugs and says she doesn't know. The girl next to her taking orders was being rudetoo.. Attitudes everywhere but I wanted the chicken fries so I just ordered that. Then while waiting the reward popped up on theapp.. so we were able to get the reward as well which was some nuggets, fries and a drink... not a classic chicken meal. Foodwas good but they need a better system in place or communication & customer service needs to be improved because they wererude. I will stick to the drive through if I do return. Read more

There was a long drive through line so I ordered from inside. Nobody was in front of me and it took twenty minutes. So the... inside took longer than the drive through. The chicken strips were good and they have a Coke dream machine inside. I wouldrecommend drive through if you are not dining in. Read more

Went here and experienced terrible customer service through the drive thru. All I wanted was for my chicken to be tossed, and... when I went back in to get my food right, I was given a hard time. I could?ve asked for a refund but instead I asked for it tobe corrected. It took me five times to finally get it right. This is my last time coming here. Read more

My mother bought a salad yesterday and when she made it home to eat, we saw there was a live fly walking around in the salad.... How does a fly get trapped in the salad? Disgusting! I immediately called the restaurant and talked to Tamisha, who stated shewas the manager. She was very apologetic over the phone and took our name because we couldn't make it back last night. Well mymom didn't want a replacement, as she was grossed out by the fly, so she went with receipt in hand to get a refund. The manager"Tamisha" asked her if she brought the salad with her. Now why would she still have a salad with a fly in it the next day? Sheproceeded to say " you are suppose to bring back the product for a refund" and "how are we supposed to just take your word". Noone is driving from Fort Bragg area to skibo to scam you out of $9 for a salad. Very insulting and ignorant. They ended upgiving her the refund but it was really annoying. They had us pull into a spot and said our food would be out shortly. They obviously forgot about us because after 15+ minutes of... waiting I went in. My food was sitting on the counter. Luckily, I do not live too far away. My husband ordered a signature clubchicken sandwich. No bacon or cheese as advertised was on this sandwich. Now we paid $26 so I returned and had to wait another10 minutes for them to make another sandwich. Pretty sure they just threw cheese and bacon on it and kept it moving. Stopped by to grab late lunch and the customer service was piss poor at best. No hello no thank you for business didn't complete... the order like I asked. We were treated at the window like our business was a bother. The girl sure was quick to respond to myextra sauce request with a price to ask for something extra. With this economy not mad that I paid for extra sauce I get that.But when the other lady in the back tells what she say she want ?? And the shrude woman handling the window just rolls her eyesafter I agree to pay the dollar for extra sauce. Sauce, enough said. The fried chicken is good and the fries have a little kick to them. Their new signature club sandwich is... amazing! My spouse really enjoys the House Salad with fried chicken and you can not go wrong about the French fries. I forgot this was still ?new? so the drive thru was out the road when I first got there. I walked in. There was only two other... people in there and they were both waiting on orders. I ordered a salad. The employees were clean and the inside eating area wasclean as well. They did charge me for the extra dressing I asked for but forgot to put it in the bag. I was disappointed but Iknow that drive they was packed and the employees were working fast to get the orders out. Read more
