First time eating here. Thought it was just a burger joint. But you actually sit down, and they wait on you. They have all sorts... of foods. Delicious fried shrimp and fried pickles. All of the important things get Five Stars. It's a very clean and organized restaurant. The staff are friendly and cheerful. And... it seems that my food was prepared and in front of me within just a few minutes. The drink and side dish were excellent and theburger was perfectly done with just the right amount of toppings. I ordered one scoop of ice cream in a cup and two scoops in another cup. I was served two one scoop cups and told that one was... two. They were exactly the same size! Who knows what I was charged as I got no receipt. I asked to speak to manager but notavailable. Worst customer service ever. Also the speaker had a sign saying speaker broken. Order at window. First to be fair, the food was good. Well, mine was, wife's was not. She ordered the Jalapeno cheesesteak which was supposed to... have Pepperjack cheese, but had something that looked like Velveeta. There were supposed to be Jalapeno slices, only got 2 ofthose. We both liked the bread they used. We want to make note that our server was the only one doing her job and she did a verygood job, was attentive, very pleasant and helpful. The guy who had a button up uniform shirt, well, he should button it up andkeep his hands out of it and off his belly and chest. He only had 2 buttons of the 5 buttoned and was constantly sticking hishands inside. Then he would go handle food. DISGUSTING. Equally disgusting, one of the male employees had his buttcheek coveredonly by his underwear which was fully exposed. Other emplyees were either amusing themselves at the counter with various devicesor even laying their heads on the counter. Going back to Alexia, she was hauling buckets of ice by herself and appeared to bethe only one working. I don't know why they had 8 or 9 people on the clock, they didn't do ANYTHING for the time we were there.There were napkins, spoons, straw sleeves in abundance on the floor. While traveling through Fayetteville TN we stopped for lunch. A cool place to eat with and old school feel and vibe. We had the... Philly cheese steak and the chicken cheese steak. Both were very good choices with plenty of meat. Read more

We will not be back. We had to repeat our order multiple times at the speaker. Then, we had to repeat our order at the window.... Then we had to repeat again what kind of Concrete we'd ordered. Then we got told they didn't have the toppings we'd ordered, andin fact didn't have but 3 toppings. Then we had to remind him we also had a drink and tater tots. Then we had to repeat whatdrink we'd ordered. It took over 15 minutes to get a #11 with Pepsi, a tiny shake (because they didn't have concrete toppings wewanted) and tater tots. The tater tots are soggy and poorly cooked and salty. The hot dog was described by my husband as tastinglike "a grilled sandal". And we wound up paying over $5 for a shake that's basically kids size because we got charged for theconcrete. Should have gone to Sonic or Dairy Queen for better food it would have been a lot cheaper that way too. Read more

Our first visit to Hwy 55 in Fayetteville TN and to this restaurant. Food was mediocre at best. The restaurant was clean and the... service was good but the food needed some work. We are from Boaz Al and our area is fixing to get one of these restaurants andwe wanted to get a sneak peek of the food an menu, maybe our workers will make it better.
