We went to the pizza inn buffet on Saturday, Nov 26th. The wife and I were getting a little bit hungry coming back home from her... Dad's house near Birmingham, Alabama. We pulled in, the waitress said that we could sit we where we liked. That is always thesame thing that they say. We chose the buffet, now the pizza that was on the buffet that was there when we got there. Couldn'thardly eat but half the pizza, because of it being cold, and very hard pizza. Then, there was three young kids that were sittingback from us, I guess one of them had to be the boyfriend to the waitress. Cause, she kept running around doing stuff but mostlytalking to them. Cause, normally the waitress staff is really quick and on point. But, it took this waitress at least 20 minutesbefore she came over to see if we would need refills on our drinks. Because, she was talking to them same guys checking out andgoing out the door. Then, we got up to leave. Ok now, here is the funny part. I heard how much the three young guys were, $13.59I look at my wife, and tell her well they got her employee discount. I walk up with my wife, with my military dog tags showingswinging from my neck. She didn't ask if I was military or not, a little bit over 23.00 Just hope that you don't have theexperience that we did. Read more
First time eating here. The pizza buffet is absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed the pizza, cheesy bread and the cinnamon pizza... thingy( not what it's called, but tastes like a cinnamon roll pizza). Read more
Went there for lunch around 2ush. The pizza was definitely under the lights fir awhile. Pizza very dry no desert beside ice... cream. Waitress seem to have a attitude slamming cups down slamming ice lid down. Read more
Great staff, great prices. Buffett style or order your own. Nice manager, assistant manager and wait staff. All you have to do... is ask, and they will make whatever kind of pizza you want and usually bring some to your table when it's ready. Read more
My husband and I came here about an hour before they closed and they still welcomed us in and were super accommodating. They... asked us if we wanted to add any pizzas to the buffet that was already full of all the pizza I could even imagine. And I alwayshad a completely full drink . All of the workers there were very nice, we will be coming back here! Read more
Be prepared to order what you want to be on the buffet. If you complain that there isn't anything up there that you like then... it's your fault. The staff is mostly high-school kids and will do a decent job. It's not the best pizza in Tennessee butprobably the best for variety at an all you can eat. Read more
Like everyone else they are short staffed. Although you couldn't tell by the service. They made a fresh pizza for the buffet... for me. It was hot, cheesy and great. Read more
