Some of the best food we have had in a long time! If you're passing through Fayetteville or visiting the National River Park, be... sure to stop here! We shared the Kennedy sandwich and the Zeus salad. The sandwich was absolutely phenomenal, with a generousportion of very flavorful meats. The accompaniments and bun were just the right amount to add to the overall experience, but notdetract from the meat. We also upgraded to fries and added a side of the rosemary mayo, which is so worth the calories! Thesalad was good sized, flavorful and had as lot of hearty ingredients. So my friends and I read all the reviews of Secret Sandwich Society and thought people may have just been exaggerating, well I... guess they were not! Great sandwiches!! Amazing burgers and fries. Pimento cheese was the best I've ever tasted and the house made sauces were phenomenal! I don't think... you could go wrong with anything at this place! This place had delicious and creative Sandwiches. The service was good. It seems like there is often a wait but they have a... lovely place to chill and get a drink. I did not try there burgers but they looked good. Next time I am in the area this will behigh on my list of places to go. Read more

We came here for a late lunch when we were visiting for the weekend. This place must be popular. We got there at 2:30 and there... was a 30 minute wait for a table much to our surprise. We split 3 sandwiches--the Lafayette, the Roosevelt, and the McKinley.Of the three, the McKinley was by far our favorite. We weren't very impressed by the Roosevelt and the Lafayette was fairly goodbut the chicken was a little dry. We also all split the loaded pimento cheese fries. They were good, but I've had betterpimiento cheese. As far as sides, we tried both the chips and the regular fries. Both were good, but I liked the chips themost.
