First time there, I understand they recently moved. The store seemed clean and all the cold cases filled with fish and other... items were well-kept... The personnel is friendly and helpful I got a Cape May crab cake, stuffed potato that had bits of shrimpand crab in it, and fries with Old Bay seasoning. It always good, would have liked it crispier, but that didn't stop me fromeating it! I'll go again. Read more
Very clean place, they offer a LOT of great seafood (grab and go cold stuff as well as made to order hot stuff). I get their... shrimp platter for every get together. I love their crab cakes and crab mac n cheese. Highly recommend! The staff is very nicetoo. Read more
We stayed nearby yesterday and based off the reviews here decided to try American crab co. I was psyched because, literally, my... favorite food is crab cakes. Anyways, the food looked awesome. The clams and mushrooms were pretty tasty. My issue was with thecrab cakes. They looked so good and I was so hyped. However, the flavor wasn't there. Literally. Not much flavor. No old bay, nocrab, nada. Idk. The fried oysters also just tasted like the breading. The shrimp tasted, maybe, not that fresh? My kids, wholove peel and eat shrimp, were grossed out by the ends being more hard. They kept trying to say the shell was still on. I don'tknow man. I was super excited but pretty let down. Great selection of quality seafood! Crabs, oysters, clams, shrimp, etc. This is a take-out only establishment and has both... cooked and raw items available individually or in bulk. I had two crab cakes and about a half pound of fried scallops. My foodwas fried to order and only took about 10 minutes from the time I walked in. Read more
