The venue it?s self is pretty cool. But that?s about it. Blending alcohol & children in tube same space rarely works out. The... customer service was appalling. Our bowling serve Cassie was shockingly rude. Constantly screaming at children to ?behave?it?s was a mess. No one the staff knew who was in charge. Wait times for a lane were packed! We just had a laser tag birthday party at Bowlero! Everyone had such a great time! I had very good service from the start. The... event planner was great from beginning to end. It was overstimulating, the music was very loud you could barely hear the person next to you. The seating area per lane is very... small. We had 6 people and could not sit comfortably. If you plan to go on the weekend be prepared for a lot of people.Food wasgood though. Overall pretty fun but I wouldn?t say it?s worth the money. Read more
