The venue it?s self is pretty cool. But that?s about it. Blending alcohol & children in tube same space rarely works out. The... customer service was appalling. Our bowling serve Cassie was shockingly rude. Constantly screaming at children to ?behave?it?s was a mess. No one the staff knew who was in charge. Wait times for a lane were packed! I will not be ok?ing back orrecommend it. Read more

My family and I had a blast for labor day weekend! It's really a great place to go, just to hangout with your little ones or... even a group date. Read more

It was overstimulating, the music was very loud you could barely hear the person next to you. The seating area per lane is very... small. We had 6 people and could not sit comfortably. If you plan to go on the weekend be prepared for a lot of people.Food wasgood though. Overall pretty fun but I wouldn?t say it?s worth the money. Read more

They didn't have our reservations after we showed that we paid. And then they cut our reservation time. Both times there was no... apology nor accountability for their errors. When they brought out foods, they didn't offer condiments or silverware. Thebathrooms were dirty and didn't have any toilet paper in almost any or the stalls, I had to ask the next person who walked in ofthey can give me some toilet paper. Their hand dryers didn't work.. so I had to manually dry my hands. The foods and drinks weredecent.. Read more

This Bowlero is a bowling alley with sensory overload. Lots going on so if you are a bowling purist this may be a little too... distracting with the music, video screens and kids parties. If you are looking for a fun time with friends and family you cameto the right place. It can get a little expensive because shoe rentals and per game prices are per person so think about thatbecause if you bowl a couple games it adds up quickly. I would always recommend buying your own bowling shoes as they pay forthemselves in a couple visits. Also no outside food or drink allowed. They have everything you need inside so leave it athome. There is also pool tables, laser tag and an arcade in case bowling isn't your thing. I liked the lanes and the system toenter names to get started bowling. It was very intuitive and easy to use with the directions on the TV screens. I was able toprogram the system to put up bumpers which is nice because some places that is done manually so every bowler you can either putthe bumpers up or down depending on skill level using the system automatically. Staff was friendly and bathrooms were clean. Overall fun for the whole family. Read more

My family and I had a great first experience here! The atmosphere was fun and bowling ???? was great. The food was also... surprisingly good, the only thing I wouldn't recommend is the pizza, the cheese wasn't melted and it just tasted awful. Otherthan that I would definitely recommend it! Read more
