Worst experience ever at a fast food place. Just left after We ordered 4 milkshakes. Not 1 minute later we had 4 milkshakes... spilled all over our car, clothes, and brand new Jordan?s. i called them because the cup carriers they gave us did not fit thecups whatsoever! Clearly defective!! The manager Austin says ?I don?t know what you want me to do?? WOW! How about at leasttrying to offer a refund for at minimum the shakes. Their selection, product quality, attention to detail and customer service have gone way down hill. They've eliminated menu... staples and replaced them with sub par offerings. Their rolls are often stale and their sandwiches are sloppily assembled. They don't offer the same specials to on-line patrons as they do for in-restaurant or drive-through customers. They oftenforget sauces or entire food items on drive-through and on-line orders. Their fries are often cold and soggy (bring back thefresh cooked potato cakes) and their management doesn't seem to care. Shame to see in such a competitive market. I've hadenough. Service was great and food came out quickly but the stuff that came out of the fryer was enough to make us leave early. Fries... could've been overcooked, but I'm 90% sure it was super dirty fry oil. Read more
So happy to stop at ARBY?S on Street Rd down from Bustleton Ave. It?s been closed for renovations and I just happened to be... driving home from a Lowes to Northampton. I went through the drive through, ordered 2 sandwiches and one Large curly fry. When Igot home. I?m rather disappointed ???? with this pathetic Arby?s Large fry! The staff was super friendly here. It was pretty empty so got my food super quick. Tried out the new prime rib sandwich. Got the... spicy one but definitely not spicy enough. Very mild. Their mozzarella sticks are pretty good. Cheesy. Good with their marinarasauce and their horsey sauce. Salad was fresh. And they have Mello Yello here! Read more
Everything you?d expect on an Arby?s menu. The food is tasty and consistent. The service at this location is great. The... employees are professional and kind. The restaurant is clean. When using the drive through expect to wait. It moves slowly.Excellent curly fries! Read more
Awesome food and service! I was redeeming two complimentary meal coupons for relatively poor service at a different Arby?s and... they did a great job proving Arby?s can have exceptional service. The food came out fast and was hot. Great work!! Read more
