NO STARS WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE!!Absolute WORST customer service!!!! Thankfully I decided to pick-up my order rather than... having it delivered because half of my $115 order was missing!! Had to spend my whole lunch break in the store waiting for therest of my food to be prepared. They STILL forgot a salad and the woman argued with me on the phone that they wouldn't correcttheir mistake by delivering the missing item. Had to ask to speak to a manager. Number One Pizza in PA ordered cheese pizza kids loved .Speedy Delivery arrived within 15 minutes RECOMENDED

We have ordered from this place for years and the food and service was always great; everything’s gone downhill in the last... few months. We placed an order on Saturday night and received cold nasty food more than an hour and a half later (order placed6:33 received 8:10) I understand that it is difficult staffing as of late but instead of taking your phone off the hook maybecommunicate with your customers. Ever since they’ve gotten new owners, the prices went up and the quality of food went down. Not to mention all of the workers... look super stressed and the place seems extremely understaffed. I got a large, plain cheese pizza and the cheese they used wasabsolutely disgusting. I also ordered ten mild wings and the chicken tasted like garbage. Will definitely not come back. Read more
