Two drive thru lanes and only one person taking orders and the drive thru is packed. I was in the outer lane waiting at the... speaker for 15 with cars behind me and they kept taking orders on the inner lane. After making my order and waiting another 10minutes to get to the first window no one was there. I watched the car in front of me get a bag of food and a drink and hand itback through the window which I assume was my order. I waited another 5 or so minutes and still no one at the first window so Ileft. This place outside of morning hours has lousy slow service. Almost 30 minutes idling in the drive thru before I gave up.This is an ongoing problem at this Burger King. Mornings here are somewhat better when ordering breakfast it?s hit or miss butfrom afternoon into the evening hours this place is terrible. Read more
Recently renovated and nicely done. I don't frequent going inside burger king very often but this was a pleasant... experience. The workers gave my kids the crowns without being asked, food came quickly, and everything seemed pretty clean. Bathrooms and indoor playground had a similar feel. Overall nicer than I would expect going to a burger king, which is why itgets a ????. Read more
First time coming here and hopefully the last. I ordered two meals in drive through, employees were always laughing like they... were high as hack while we ordered. When we finally ordered burgers were cold and looked old and disgusting, fries were nicethough I can't complain about that that's why I give 2 stars not 1. I hope employees will be fired or getting a newqualification program. Read more
I love this burger King so much. Food is always correct 100 percent of the time. Staff always friendly no matter what time or... what day I go to this location it's always a 5/5 star rating and I enjoy talking to the closing manager who's mostly there thenights I I at night. Renewed space with a kid's playground is nice. All seating surfaces hard, perhaps to discourage long stays. The crew is quite... new, and they haven't learned how to operate with efficiency or greet with proper manners. Some customer facing crews still needa lot of handholding. I'll give the benefit of the doubt, perhaps given enough training time, this new crew will be great. Recent discount offerings are attractive, so I say, check them out. Read more
The incompetence at this location is astounding. Whenever I order from Burger King at a drive thru, I always order my burgers a... particular way because I don?t like tomato or Mayo. Without fail they are wrong every time at this location. They justrenovated and the new is the same as the old? wow. I order two delivery orders from this location recently both were incorrect. Ordered both the Whoppers the same way with no Mayo and no tomatoes. One came plain and the other came with Mayo and tomatoes. Utter incompetence. Read more
One of the best and cleanest Burger King joints I've been to. They also have computers for you to browse websites on at your... perusal. I don't know if fast food places still charge you for extra dipping sauce, but when I asked the cashier for extra sauceI got a whole boatload of various sauces. 5 stars. Would come back. Read more
