I always have such a great experience at this Cold Stone! Everyone is really nice and they have the best ice cream
We love Coldstone cakes for birthdays but recently went in to get a chocolate cake with chocolate ice cream and we ended up with... a cake with chocolate and peanut butter! It had the wrong label and could have been very dangerous for my husband if we hadn?tcaught it in time due to his allergies. At the store, there was also a yellow cake that was labeled with the chocolate label. Becareful when getting a cake here that it is the right thing! Read more
I rarely write reviews, but Kim is awesome. When I called the store I expected to be met with the usual rushed, unhelpful... associate answering the phone. Instead, Kim was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me get a cake last minute formy dads birthday. It makes all the difference in the world and I hope Coldstone recognizes the awesome, positive, and valuableemployee they have working for them. I would drive 30 minutes to this store again anytime just for the customer service. Read more
Avoid this location. Ordered a cookies and creamery cake - to cut into the cake hours later for it to be just chocolate cake... and vanilla ice cream that had oreos slapped on top. How hard would it have been to use the correct ice cream for making thecake? Read more

Walked into the establishment, and they did not enforce consumers to wear mask because of the Covid-19 virus, the employees were... also not wearing any mask, very unprofessional. We need to follow guidelines to protect ourselves. Safe to say I won?t bereturning to this location anytime soon until some changes are made. Read more

I?ve call and ask before I drove 15 min that can I come before 8:50pm (closing time is 9pm) and pick up couple ice-cream,... answering person said yes, I drove at Here and found they close shop, call them again and said need my ice-cream. They saidmanager said to close early!! Than why did you reported to come in first place. It is Waste of my Time, energy, money. Now Inow why this place had 3 star only!! Horrible service.
