I ordered through the app and waited for 10 to 12 minutes. The application sent me a notification that my order is ready and to... come and grab my order. The employee said it's not ready. I ordered in the wrong store. I showed him my order and he said I haveto wait. He let me wait for more. Read more
Only gave them one star because you can't select zero. Tried to order on app. The order was for 6.99 pizza specials. The app... said there was a problem. Called the Dominos Feasterville location and the owner said to come in, no problem. When we got therethe owner tried to charge us 13.99 for the same pizzas. He then admitted that they were not allowing app orders to go throughand that in his store the pizza is 13.99. So basically he is scamming people. We left and ordered pizza from Papa John's a fewdoors down and our pizzas were delicious! Read more

This is a 0 star review, don't let the 1 star default fool you. The owner is completely incompetent in being a business owner as... well incredibly rude. Ordered online and tried to use a gift card from Honey. It didn't go through and said to call the store.Called the store, and had the owner tell me my gift card was fake and it was my own problem my card got charged twice (once forthe gift card to pay for the pizza, and another charge for the actual pizza). Went in person to the store where the ownercontinued to disrespect me and said I need patience if I wanted my money back. Showed him where I got charged twice and thescreenshots where the online site said call the store to which he responds "I don't understand online, I do not do online, youfigure it out".Then he proceeds to throw all his plates in the back around in frustration since he said he was so busy and I waswasting his time. I will never eat here again. I ordered pizza and wings at midnight, well before closing time, and it wasn't a big order, just a... pizza and some wings. I got a text saying my order was in the oven and being cooked and it would be ready between time A andtime B. I got there between that time frame and as soon as I walked in and said im here for pick up, the guy who presumably themanager mutters, "your order just came in" to which I reply, no, I ordered more than 10 minutes ago and was told the pizza wouldbe ready and should actually be in the oven, and not on the table being started just now. He corrected himself and said oh okaybut thats only 10 minutes. From there, he stayed quiet till it was time to checkout, and without even hitting buttons on theregister tells me to insert my card, then tells me I have "no balance" when the card reader did not even do anything. Then heclicks some buttons and the menu I was expecting to pop up, pops up. All in all, it was horrible customer service, especiallysince it is them who told me my order would be ready. My order was still in the over for 5 minutes+ while my phone, and myselfwere in the store, telling me my order was ready. Took two hours to deliver a 3 mile away distance. Received cold damaged pizza. In damaged boxes with oiled spilled over it.
