I place an order for my mother on Feb 14th and then I got another email stating it will send on the 15th of feb so I cancel... because I wanted it for the 14th no Point of keeping my order . So I was suppose to get a Refund and I never received my refundand told me I will get it within 7 days and we are now in March 6th and got nothing ! This is a big scam ! Lack the ability to deliver when the customer requests. Called after making my order online to advise that I would like the item... delivered when my recipient would be at work to receive their own surprise. Laurie advised me that she could not find the notestating that and she did not see a need to redeliver the product. I reached out to the store manager and opened a BBB complaint.Ridiculous that I have to take time out of my day to complain about a service I paid for. Find another gift to send.
