I usually get Jersey Mikes in Horsham. They are awesome. I told my son how great they are and bought him one from... Feasterville. Spent 32 dollars on three hoagies. They were small. My son and husband peeled the bread apart looking for themeat. There was hardly any steak. All role. My son said he only tastes bread. Needless to say, they werent impressed. Itried calling my order in because I was driving and the phone gives a message that its not able to go thru. I had to pull overto get on the site to order. I went in thinking it'll just be another sub shop. I walked out of there thinking something entirely different. I got the... chicken bacon ranch cheesesteak and I was very impressed. The meat was tender, the cheese was well melted into the whole wheatroll and the bacon was amazing. I highly recommend this place if you want to grab a quick bite to eat. You won't bedisappointed. This particular restaurant is sorely in need of someone mature and business-oriented in charge. I'm listening to these kids... making mistakes on customers' orders and then laughing it off expecting the customer to be ok with it. Cashier goes fromhandling cash to handling food with no soap in sight. The saddest part of it all is seeing large pieces of fresh bread beingthrown right into the trash. Read more
I'm visiting the US right now, I came from germany in the expection to find some great original american food. At Jersey Mikes... sub I got hella disappointed, found out afterwards they give free subs for 5 star ratings, so no wonder the reviews are fake. Iordered a mikes famous philly, the taste was awful, it had a really really sour touch to it, I thought its just my german tastebuds. But nope, my wife and me we both got sick directly after eating it. 4 days on the toilet, vomitting and else, im highlydisappointed by this place. On the attempt to contact the manager I got a teenager on the phone telling me that I should stoptrying to reach out for them that this can happen. Hot fresh heros or cold sandwich, this is the place to go. Friendly service, clean and well prepared
Came in on a Thursday night and they were doing a lot of takeout business because of the Phillies and Eagles games that night so... understanding things were a bit busy. But they were also majorly understaffed and it looked like two of the three employeesworking were training so we had to wait approximately 15 minutes to even put in an order. I completely understand when placesare short staffed but to have one poor guy there trying to do everything seemed a bit short-sighted. And of course this alsomeant the place was a bit messy (trash was overflowing and tables were dirty). That said, once we got our chicken cheese steak(it took two tries as the first one was not cooked to order), we were very satisfied with the flavor and texture. So we willhave to give them another chance when things aren't so crazy and I'll update the review if things play out better. Read more
