I literally spent $10+, this morning on my breakfast and I definitely took pictures of my sandwich. No extra extra American... cheese, but yet they charged me for it, on a long roll with eggs and Turkey bacon. 2pieces of Turkey bacon, & 1 literally 1fried egg. I am definitely offended, irritated & highly disappointed by this. After getting all the way to work a few mins late& my food.not correct not correct. Read more

Customer service is excellent. Just disappointed in the breakfast sandwich. Today I got a sesame bagel toasted with pork roll... and cheese.. pork roll slices were as thin as paper the cheese was thicker. I felt like I was just eating a cheese bagel. Reallydisappointed and I will not return. 10-12 years ago Manhattan Bagel was awesome with the breakfast meat being thick.. now thiscompany is getting cheaper and cheaper by the day! Read more
I must say that this location is fantastic. I just tried their location for the 1st time in this is my 1st time trying Manhattan... Bagel and it was so good. I started off easy and got two Egg & Cheese on a plain Bagel with Iced Coffee. The folks were reallynice at the counter and were fast and friendly. Ordering was fine and the card was charged as such. I believe some peoplecomplain about an upcharge as a possible tip? Otherwise the egg was fresh and over easy easy, and the Iced Coffee was good and Iadded a few pumps of Vanilla and it was great.
