I would always rate this location with 5 stars. However my latest experience was not good at all. I don?t know if there were... trainees working that day but the hoagies were not up to their normal standards. The meat was cut thick and it seemed as if itwas just thrown on the roll. So very disappointed. Was this just a day with inexperienced people or will this be your normalnow? Read more

At these price points, Primo is dangerously lacking in quality. You do not get what you pay for. Received a $14 Bada Boom with... burned chicken cutlet and barely there provolone. To boot, the macaroni salad was packed 6 days ago with a sell by date thatspans 15 days post packaging. Fresh ingredients, as Primo advertises? Certainly not. Read more
I usually love Primo but it's a little pricey. Worth it but it's a treat when I spend the money. I am very disappointed in the... sandwich I just opened. There is a few issues including burnt chicken (I got the whacked chicken) soft roll from the overuse ofpesto. Cheese not remotely melted it was cold and I came right home.
