I normally never write reviews but this place is the worst! Been here four times. My order was messed up two out of those four... times. I would give this place a 0 if I could. I went inside to get takeout and I ordered A quesadilla with sour cream on the side and 2 tacos. Tell me why they took 20... minutes to give us our food when it was dead and then they put the sour cream ON the quesadilla with only cheese and sour cream.None of the veggies. And it was solid in one piece, not cut. Also they forgot a whole taco of the guy before me and almostdidn?t give it to him cause he didn?t have a receipt because he used the kiosk to order. Ordered a XXL steak burrito. Its stone cold inside and the cheese isnt even melted. The lady at the window asked what i wanted... and then as i started cut me off and said hold on a minute. Then comes back and rushes my order. Read more
At this point, the only reason I keep going back is because it's the only Taco Bell in the immediate area. Orders are constantly... wrong. Especially missing key components such as a quesarito without the quesadilla part... They are also always out of keyingredients. I understand this may not be within their control, but there is rarely any compensation. I've had long weighttimes. The most recent issue was an app order where I asked for black beans in my grilled cheese burrito and received pintoinstead without being told that they put those in instead (because they were probably out of black beans again). There was onesingle time where they were out of something and the worker said I could replace it with anything I wanted without extracharge. I try to make my reviews tactful and respectful, but there really isn't any other way to put it other than that thisTaco Bell is honestly terrible. Would NOT take my order at the counter, said I had to use the kiosk. Customer should have a choice to order with a employee or... use a kiosk to order. I left and went to Arby?s. I will never go into this Toco Bell again. Read more
I stopped by in my truck that won't fit through the drive way. Only two customers here, so I go inside to order. See only two... people working and waited 20 minutes. No greeting, no "hold on we will be with you." NO ON IS DOING ANYTHING. So, I left.Don't waste your time coming here. Slowest place in the area. Read more
Suppose to have beef extra onions extra tortilla chips extra tomatoes and guacamole addon of chicken to the taco. Paid 6... dollars in extras that I never received any of. Further more when I asked for a manager and told her the problem and asked for areceipt she told me they don't issue receipts you only get one if your in drive thru or request one before placing your order. Igave the either meal back to the manager and walked out after paying over 13$. What a joke this place is a dump. Father morethere are 2 amazing authentic Spanish restaurants within 1 mile of this location. Adele is located right up street road fromlocation and then there is Pepes Mexican in Trevose about a mile away both of these places have a Google rating of almost 5stars. This place was known for late night cheap food but sadly all it is ...is a dump and a failing business that won't make itmuch longer aside from your stoner mountain dew idiots that think taco bell is Mexican food. This location is under new management and it is paying dividends. The food is fresh and isn't all mashed together like it use to... be. The manager actually came our to our table and asked how everything was, which is rare for a fast food restaurant.
