It seemed busy, but multiple employees looked at the customers at the counter and did not even acknowledge us. A simple ?I?ll be... right with you? would?ve sufficed. After leaving with my carry out order, I realized I was given the wrong sauce for my nuggetsand ingredients were missing on my burger. I normally don?t leave bad reviews, but this is just annoying. I?ve worked in thecustomer service agency for years, so I understand it can get stressful - especially in the fast food industry. Although, it isa customer service job, so you should try and be a little more mindful of those you are serving. Read more

This is absolutely the worst wendys i have ever been too. I am a big fan of Wendys breakfast but this particular location seems... to hate serving breakfast. 3 times i came to get breakfast close to 10:30(like 10:25)and ever time they had already stoppedserving breakfast. If you dont get to this place by 10 am your probably not getting breakfast. The most recent time i wentthrough the drive through i had to repeat my order several times. I was informed that they had thrown everything out when idrove to the window to pay after i had already placed my order which was done before 10:30, i get to the window hand her mycard and i am informed everything was trashed. Quote "they already threw everything away" Also the drive through here is neverfast. Im always waiting a minimum of ten minutes. This review is not a reflection of the company as a whole this is reflectiveof my experince at this location. Every other wendys i have been to is great. The one by my work is fantastic. This location just happens to be the closest one to my house and i certainly will not be going to this location again. Read more
They are always doing something wrong with your order. The customer service is trash. Today we were told to pull up and wait.... Every car behind us got their food when they finally brought our food out ten minutes later everything was cold. When we askedfor a refund we were told they don't do that. So we requested all of our food to be remade bc everything was cold including theburgers and fries. If you want your meal in a timely manner and you want it hot don't stop here.
