I will never ever get chipotle ever again. I got a $10 bowl to go and it was small af and when I went back in for them to fix... it, the manager made it and it was no bigger than the first one that was short after I just told her I could have stood in lineand my bowl would have been overflowing and I've read articles calling out chipotle for shorting people on Togo orders. Horrible this is the second time i basically eat Guac instead of a meal they serve the plates so greedy for $13! The burritos... were mostly rice in them and wrapped so badly i have reach out Via Email and no response horrible customer service! I hate the fact that mobile orders are prioritized over the orders of people who are standing in line. I had to tell one of the... staff tonight to please take my order before she was about to start the 5th mobile order. Get a better system in place and givepeople what they?re paying for! Establishment was clean, food was good, staff was friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5? was because of the wait time.... They only had a 3 workers and the line was long and wrapped around inside the building. Those workers did a great job tryingtheir best to keep up with online orders as well as everyone in the restaurant. Read more

I absolutely can't get enough of the barbacoa here! Their guacamole is fantastic for a "fast good" place. My husband loves their... tacos. The staff is usually really great and welcoming. I also appreciate that they have no problem with our requests for extrameats and cheeses, I'm always willing to pay more to get what I want. I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars, because it's a personalpreference, but I'd love it if they had cilantro readily available as a topping. Read more

As you can see from the picture below my chicken bowl was lacking one very important ingredient, chicken. I got maybe two table... spoons of chicken in the inter bowl. All though I was charged for a chicken bowl. I ordered using the app so I was not given areceipt. There for complaining to corporate I can not do. The other picture was a chicken burrito I order. It was tiny & notfilling and also lacking chicken. I?ve never ordered from this location before. I will not be coming back. Seriously, how dareyou take my money & not even but the protein in it. I didn?t ask for chicken items with extra light chicken. That what I got. Iwould like a refund or something because you gave me beans & rice & cheese. Tried to hide the fact you did not but much chickenin there at all. It really simple you know. You wait for the person to show up & go sorry we are all out of chicken. Can I offeryou something else.
