I have not ever had any mishaps too big at all here and I really would like to give praise to the 2 employees working this... evening. The orders you can see are coming in non stop and they are still making sure to greet everyone that has entered and nonstop apologized for the small delay. The phones continue to ring non stop and they each are handling all of the work load withsuch calmness and professionalism. You can see there was no room for a break with the amount of orders coming in. I?m impressedand beyond amazed would be an understatement of how great they carried themselves and the workload. We ordered 20 pizzas to be picked up at 10:00 am. for a religious school event. I placed the order on Thursday with Rae to be... picked up Sunday by another person who would pay for it. We found that Rae was the only one at the store, came in early toinsure the pizzas were prepared, and had them there for us to pick up. Not only was Rae kind and a pleasure to work with, shetotally stepped up to the plate for us. The pizzas were also hot and tasty, and a hit with the kids! Read more

Usually we don?t have much issue here, but on top of our order taking 1.5 hours (with no warning- usually you get a warning... before ordering if it?ll take more than an hour)? the pizza was cold and the cheese and sauce were already dried out from beingmade however long before delivering. And next time maybe try adding some bread with that butter sauce ???? we didn?t eat any ofour food. Read more
I placed a order online as I normally do. One of my pizzas was made with the wrong sauce. So I called the store and nicely... advised of this which they apologized for and stated they were out of our sauce but offered to make the pizza with a differentsauce that we would like. I agreed and stated that I understood mistakes happen and thanked the person for his assistance. Ireceived a automated call at 8:08 pm asking my pizza was on its way mind you the store is 10 minutes from my house. At 8:50still no pizza so I called again and was told the reorder was put in wrong and that they need to start it over and will have itto me in 30-45 min. I asked for a manager. I advised this was not acceptable as my husband needs his food and was told theycould credit my next order. I asked for the pizza and a credit which was declined. I advised I?d come get the pizza but wantedto be credited. Declined. I asked for corporate number and was advised to call 1-800-dominos. Which does not get us to make acomplaint. I asked if it?s a franchise and was advised it is and asked for the owners number and was declined. Look I get thatthey are busy but it shouldn?t take 2 hours to get a pizza. Ordered two pizzas at 455p. Sitting here now at 7p no pizza even though the app said they were delivered at 630p. Called the... store and they told me to look outside the driver was there. 15min later still no pizza. Called and told them to refund thepizza and said I was never ordering with them again.
