Barnes and Noble is our only book store in Federal Way. It's got a large selection of books. Do not trust their online ordering to pick up in the store. They do not have their act together. I was trying to support a... brick and mortar store - but if you want a specific item, you better call first. Their web data is not accurate and I wasted 40minutes round trip to be told they don't have the book, after their system accepted my card to prepay for it following web"confirmation" that it was in stock at that store. And the team member seemed put out that I was confused about it being out ofstock after their system said it was in. They offered no apology. No "we can ship it to you". Nothing. I guess I'll go backto using Amazon to get the book. Read more

This book store is amazing. It has to be a few years ago since I've step foot into an actual bookstore. Once I walked in, I... really felt like I was in the movie "you've got mail". It was an amazing feeling to walk into a bookstore and peruse throughbooks. This bookstore is very spacious, there's also a Starbucks for you to get coffee. There is alot of kids friendly spots forread-alongs and kids to enjoy some good reading time. All in all, amazing place. Only one thing that's not so great are theprices :( sadly purchasing books online is much cheaper, by like three fold. However, the bookstore experience is undeniablyamazing - relaxing and calming. Great selection, friendly and helpful staff and an honestly massive manga and light novel collection

Very nice and relaxing with a good selection of board games. This B&N is my go to for manga as the selection is the most varied... and stocked I've seen of the stores closest to me. I got most of my Berserk Deluxe and One Punch Man collection from this storealone. Read more

I love this place! It's big, quiet, huge selection. They have a cafe so you can read and sip. Relaxing, comforting area. It's a... nice place to come when you need to decompress and get away from the noise. Definitely worth coming here on a day off. I alsolove their children selection. Read more
