workers here seemed to have an attitude when ordering , and although I did come with 5 kids they were not that bad . Upon coming... in I was asked rudely how many? When it was clearly me and 5 kids. Workers need better training and etiquette when speaking topeople. Ghetto and trashy. Then when we sat down the waitress was rushing our order. I don?t recommend this place, drinksliterally took 20 minutes to get to our table and there was barely anyone. I don?t plan on coming here again , food was blandand not special, you mine as well deep fry some TGIF wings. Read more

This place was a mess. Two nights in a row, they were hours behind on orders, two of my delivery orders were cancelled after... waiting for literally an hour and a half each time. Then I placed a pickup order through the buffalo wild wings websitedirectly, the following day, thinking that could fix the issues, nope. It was just as terrible. We were quoted a 30 minute wait,cool no problem. Got there, and one of the employees was drunk and incoherent helping people, another was amazingly sweet but westill had to wait another hour and a half for our food. I finally got it, went out to my car, and they left off 1/3 of the wingswe ordered. I want back inside the chaotic, extremely messy location and was able to get my remaining wings made, but it was theworst experience and I will not be returning. Spent way too much for terrible service and poorly prepared food. Don't go here,travel to another location. Read more

My friends and I went to have some wings and drinks. Since we got our waitress, Megan her attitude and confusion on things... started bad. We all placed our ordered and my friends go their food and when we asked for mine Megan said it was being workedon?.. 25 min later and still no food. By this time my friends had eaten already and yet no food. 28 min later and my food comes.It was frustrating and annoying to eat when all my friends had already eaten and they had to wait for me to finish. Didn?t enjoyit. Waitress didn?t even apologized and just kept making excuses. When it came time to pay, she mixed the cards and almostcharged something else on my card instead of my order. Some compassion, empathy and gratitude would of been nice from her part. Read more

We never get good service at Buffalo wild wings in the past. We had a gift card so we decided to give it a try. First off, Tori... (Victoria) was our waitress and she was amazing. She was busting butt doing a great job serving us while serving multiple tableswith what looked like minimal help. We ordered 30 boneless wings and they came out looking like this...barely sauced with 4dried out baby carrots and 2 measly celery pieces on the side. Way overpriced for the quality. Read more

BWW has one of the worst websites I?ve ever used. That?s the first issue, but that?s not the fault of this particular... restaurant. The second issue which IS with this restaurant, is that I ordered the chicken tenders tonight with original Buffalosauce. I was shocked when I picked up my order, and there was no sauce on the tenders! The cashier told me the sauce was on theside, inside the bag. It was not. So she went and got me one sauce which was puny. So I asked for another one, and she saidshe?d have to ask if I can have another one. Are you kidding me?? She gave me the other sauce. When I got home, I dipped mytenders in the sauce. The sauce was really OILY and I had to mix it well to get the hot Buffalo taste to come out. And I gotfive tenders so the sauce amount I asked for barely covered all five. I?m still really puzzled as to WHY the sauce wasn?t onthem in the first place?? I won?t be ordering from them anymore. I?ll go to Black Angus next time for my Buffalo chickentenders. Read more

Felt a bit weird that you have to scan a QR code to get a menu while dining in. Other than that, the food was yummy. ?Mango... Habanero sauce. The service and food quality seems to be lacking. I kept on finding feathers on my wings. Also, not liking thatthey text me the bill and having to manually entering my payment info. Is it too much effort to run customer's card through themachine? We had a really bad experience. We waited 45+ minutes to get our food. Plus the food was cold. We didn't even get one of our... other orders. When we confronted them they said that they were busy, lol there wasn't even much people. People that came Afterus got their food before us. The service here absolutely sucks. Not recommended. I got a little of everything. Everything was pretty much the same. Fried. Lol. Nachos were horrible. Nothing spread around on... the chips. Just topped, sloppily. As you can see from my receipt I didn't get the ranches that are included. Only marinara. Can do better guys. Read more
