This place is disorganized and chaotic. Tonight I got my order from DD and my large soda wasn?t filled up all the way. I have... also experienced a couple of problems with curbside pickup and needing to check to see if condiments were included in the bags.They also stopped the curbside pickup unfortunately. Stopped by Chick-Fil-A yesterday morning for a couple of spicy chicken biscuits with cheese. It was so easy to order in the... app, and then just pull up and tell them my name. The food was ready fast, and I had a fun conversation with Alister (sp?) atthe pick-up window. Chick-fil-A employees are so well trained in customer service, and this location is a real example of that. Always friendly and smiling. This Chick-fil-A is pretty good. Their customer service isn't as awesome as the one in LAKEWOOD, but still worth going back!... It's location is ok, the parking lot is damn near impossible. They painted it off with directions and things, which has helpedout a ton. My order is always correct, the place is clean, they're quick, but their friendliness is something to be desired.They aren't rude, but they don't stand out from any other place, like I've grown accustomed to. I?m very disappointed to say when I came here I ordered about 30 dollars of food. I came all the way from Auburn it?s about ten... minute drive. I said why not.. it?s worth the drive. I received my food and the young lady had forgotten my milkshake till Iasked her and she said ?oh I forgot? without checking the bag? i came home and it is raining a lot and I?m rushing to go home toget my child who is sick; both of my boys are sick with fevers. I called them to see if I can go get my items gave her mytransaction number and she said let me check with my baggers and put me on hold. She came back and said ? oh you received yourfood. There is nothing I can do? I said ?she didn?t even remember my milk shake? I obviously had a reaction when she told me shecouldn?t help me. I spent good amount of money plus I drove there. She said she wasn?t able to assist me. I would never lieabout this. It?s a shame they couldn?t even resolve anything for me. Read more
