Changing from 5 to 2 stars. I love Coldstone and love coming here the customer service is usually great. However, my visit last... night left me upset and uncomfortable and it wasn't just me. Other customers agreed. There were 3 Nice kids (probably teenagers)making ice cream for a rush of customers about 15 minutes before closing, but the manager, or whoever he was (Asian man withdark hair & I believe he had glasses) was terribly rude to all of them. Shouting and screaming at them when they already haveenough pressure to remember what everyone's orders are since the group in front of us had about 10 people and we had 4orders. The workers were all polite and held their composure and did a great job as this man proceeded to shout and yell infront of everyone. I had my kids with me and there was also another child there and it made my daughters uncomfortable also..When there's a problem, you don't solve it by shouting and yelling at your employees. Based on my experience, the ice cream itself was good. The customer service was decent/average. The prices at Cold Stone are a... bit more than Baskin Robbins. When I went, they also didn't have any sherbert (in case if that is what you would want). Butoverall, no issues. Would most likely return and recommend. Read more
I ordered and ice cream cake to take down to California in our camper freezer it turned out to be a delicious cake with my... aunt's favorite coffee ice cream for her 95th birthday. The Ice Cream is fantastic. But the current COVID protocols at this location are very concerning. There was no social distancing... and most customers were not wearing masks. There were over 10 people waiting in line at a given time, practically shoulder toshoulder. There is also no precedence given to online orders. I ordered online, 20min before arriving at the store, and had towait, hovering near the check-out counter for another 20-30min before finally grabbing the attention of one of the staff. Read more
Rude young brats, messed up the order and waited over 30 minutes for my ice cream. By the time I received it, it was melted. I... order online, the young lady said someone would call me, yet I never got a call. I see 6 other cars waiting as well. One upfront, one in back. I will not be coming back here! Not an easy place to access. Once inside, this location is very small compared to other Cold Stone Creamery's. While I was... standing in line I over heard the employee tell a customer they were currently out of bananas. I felt bad for the customer. Ipurchased an ice cream cake. No vanilla ice cream cakes :( Lot's of chocolate, red velvet and more chocolate. I got our icecream cake home safe and sound. My family wasn't impressed with the ice cream cake. The cake had more cake than ice cream andthe cake was dry. Read more
I understand it was busy that night, but a hair in my wife's icecream is absolutely unacceptable. This was in Federal Way.
Very disappointed! I paid $58 for Ice Cream tonight for my family and they messed up 3 out of 5! How do you do that?!?! I... ordered a Chocolate Chip Mint that first off they forgot to make. It said there's brownies in it & nope, no brownies. My sonorder a cheesecake mix and added vanilla wafers and there was No Cheesecake! It was a mystery flavor that was pretty muchVanilla! They had to remake my daughters because she got hers first and they were supposed to add oreo. There was about 6 pplworking and I don't understand what happened.
