First-time having Ezell's Chicken. I am now a big fan. The Spicy Chicken could gave been spicier, but was otherwise great. ... The rolls are fantastic! The waitstaff members are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did a good jobcleaning up after customers and the restaurant was tidy and clean. Tried it for the first time a couple weeks ago person that took my order was rude and curt. Food made up for it. Went again same... order but one piece was dry and the other moist??? Just like all the other Ezelle's but with a more diverse staff. The prices are little high, I usually get the 4 piece spicy... bone-in chicken with 2 rolls, mashed potatoes and Cajun fries, which comes up to $17.49 after tax, a little steep. I can eat 2meals out of this tho, so I don't mind it. The staff is super nice and pleasant. Would come here more if they had coupons orbetter deals. Read more

The staff were friendly and the food was fresh. I wasn't a huge fan of the side dishes, but the spicy chicken was absolutely... amazing, as was the dinner roll. Overall, it was a little too pricey and the drink selection was limited. The restaurant wasvery clean, but it can be a loud environment during peak dining times. Read more

I like southern food quite a lot. Ezell?s almost satisfied my cravings, but the juiciness of the chicken is not too predictable,... the Mac and cheese is lackluster, and the value doesn?t quite compete with similar chains.
