Went on a Monday afternoon. It looked like the same food as Old Country Buffet. Mostly American food. I liked that certain... dishes were plated individually- like the chicken pot pie, pot roast. They have a designated station where they offer a cook togrill you hot dogs, bratwurst, cheeseburgers, Philly cheese steak. Yes it takes time to cook it so you have time to eat otherthings then go back to pick up your order. The food is seasoned. And decent. We paid the $21 per person lunch. I’m not sureif the dinner or weekend food is different.\n\nThe only thing that concerned me was the unsightly busing station that isaccessible to guests in the middle of the restaurant and at the booth area. The liquids on the floor is a safetyhazard.\n\nDave offered to get our drinks and cleared the dishes away for us. Fantastic attitude and a hard worker. He could beseen checking every table. On his spare time I noticed he vacuumed the rugs and wiped the tables down. Dave made the diningexperience memorable. Read more

I went to Golden Spoon Buffet at 11:00, opening time, with my daughter. The atmosphere was pleasant with fresh hot food... displayed and quality customer service. I really liked the taste of the variety of dishes. I will return to try the dinnermenu. Highly recommended restaurant! Read more
We went here today for dinner and for the best experience I recommend you get there at five exactly because you avoid the bulk... of the rush. The food was all fresh, hot and delicious. For being a new business, this place has read and listened to all their1 star reviews and reacted accordingly. Everything was very clean, there was staff roaming constantly changing out food forfresh dishes, and they were friendly. I would highly recommend this place, they might struggle as they learn the ropes but theyare indeed learning. Read more
i visited GS in federal Way Washington near the so called Grand Opening. The place closes at 8 I arrived at 7. Seem like there... was too many empty or dried out dishes. Place was filthy with waitresses just whipping food particles on the floor as they wipethe table off and not cleaning that up. I waited the full hour to see if the dessert would get refilled since it was gone when iarrived, it never got refilled. So the message i got is my money wasted and myself i only get what is left over. So come earlyif you want to get a better selection. I told the manager about the issues i saw and decided to make one last try.\na few weekslater i went back paid over 29 dollars and got a hamburger. One that had been sitting on the grill who know how long. I felt igot cheated both times and yes the place was still dirty but with more selections still a no go for me. Food is amazing. Food is very eye appealing and well presented. The desserts are well arranged and very delicious. You can even... get a fresh grilled steak where they charbroil it in front of you, can’t get any fresher than that. Staff is amazing. I have to say, this was kind of a depressing visit. Part of this may be because I came to lunch and not dinner, but I\'ll never... know. In any case, the atmosphere was drab and dark the only patrons there were a handful of retirees (regulars, I surmised).There was a decent variety of food available, as well as an on demand grill that makes burgers and hot dogs and Phillycheesesteaks), but none of the items were beyond \"OK,\" and nothing really better than what you could whip up at home. \"Justthe bare minimum/basics\" buffet, for sure.
