Says they are 24 hours but they are not. Its 7am and they are closed, the past 3 or 4 times I've been there between the hours of... 2am and 7am they are closed. It would be nice if they stated their correct hours. Read more

I love how my Dasher went to the restaurant to retrieve my order and the restaurant was closed. Why accept my DoorDash order if... you?re closed. This is the third local JITB that I have had a similar problem at. If they weren?t part of a national chain,they?d probably be closed by now. Major thumbs down ???? Read more

I once in a while go to Jack in the box to get an ultimate cheeseburger but my most recent experience while not a big deal did... end with me leaving with a bitter taste in my mouth. There is a kid (by kid I mean probably 18-20 years of age) who doesn't seemto belong in customer service. I ordered from the drive through and requested my ultimate cheeseburger meal and a diet coke. Ishould mention that its important that its a 'diet' coke because I am diabetic and sugar sodas cause MAJOR spikes. He read backthe order as a 'coke' so I said "oh its a diet coke." I then get a "I SAID diet coke." After I get to the window I see that theperson taking window orders is wearing a hood and he turns and gave me a nasty glare, then someone else came and gave me myorder. The food was fine as usual but this kind of behavior makes me really annoyed because I didn't deserve that kind oftreatment. Read more

I come to this location probably 3 times a week. Went thru drive thru today, ordered the munchies box for $8 and jr jumbo jack.... Got to the window asked to add 3 buttermilks sauces on my order. They charge for sauces every other day I guess. It?s fine. Gotmy food, got home, no chicken and tater burger. I called right away, no answer. Called 5 for times and even called while headingback to get my food fix. Tacos gets soggy really fast. Munchie box comes with 2 tacos. I pull up I told them they forgot mychicken burger, they said pull up to the window. They hand me the bag. I handed them my bag and asked for my food to be remadebecause the food in there is now cold. I brought everything back including the sauces. I get told that they cannot do thatbecause all I was missing was my burger? Are you kidding me? I said well my food in the bag is now cold because I had to driveall the way back here to get my order fixed since you guys don?t want to answer your phone. Why is that my fault? He said oh Idon?t even know where the phone is, I don?t think we have one actually. I asked to speak to a manager, they don?t have one. Areyou kidding me? How are you guys even open with no phone, no manager on duty? If you guys cannot fix your mistakes maybe youshould not be in business. The fact that people spends their hard earn money and have to inconvenience themselves to come backand fix your mistakes and you don?t even make it right is unbelievable. Just found out they do lettuce buns! Prices are way up though (like everywhere). A burger with large fry and a shake was $18.05.... It's nice that they're open 24/7 and serve all food all day. Read more

ALSO: I'm contacting the better business bureau and the consumer general. This is unacceptable EDIT TO ADD: STILL NO CONTACT... FOR MY REFUND. AND ONCE AGAIN TONIGHT I ORDERED AND GO TO PICK UP MY FOOD, THIS TIME 42 DOLLARS, AND THEY CLAIM THEY DONT HAVEIT AND IT NEVER CANE THROUGH. SO NOW I'M WAITING IN 2 SEPERATE REDUNDS. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS YOU CAN BLANTLY STEAL CUSTOMERSMONEY. DISGUSTING Absolutely insane that you have your mobile app open for orders but then have the drive through blocked andclosed so no one can pick up the food they ordered. That I was already charged for. You take the money out of my account but Ican't get my food? Unbelievable! I have literally been coming here since I was a kid! It has gone to trash! This evening, I paid over $26 for four items: two loaded tiny tacos ($10.38 for both) and two Quad Bacon Cheesy Combos ($13.98... for both), plus tax, totaling $26.82. I had three kids to feed at home and a broken fridge that I can't replace for another dayor two, so I figured, why not treat the kiddos? I was in a hurry and didn't check the food until I got home and the kids pointedout that the burgers were singles, not "quads," the fries were cold, and the "loaded" tiny tacos were NOT loaded whatsoever, butthey were burnt. I tasted one and it was like burnt cardboard. I tried to call the business half a dozen times without success,so I drove back down, going, once again, through the drive-through. I told the person on the other end of the microphone that Iwas mad and wanted to speak with a manager. When I got to the drive-through window, the heavy-set woman, probably in her late20's or 30's, told me there was no manager there. I told her the food was terrible, plus I'd been overcharged. She just lookedat me like "what do you want ME to do about it?" I asked her what her name was and she refused to give it to me. I then toldher I would be posting a negative review on Google and had already taken pics of the four items and the receipt. She told me to"do what you have to," and closed the window on me. I have been ordering from this Jack in the Box since early 2010, shortlyafter I moved into the area. I don't ever want to order ANYTHING from this Jack in the Box again. Bad customer service, bad foodAND getting ripped off on the price to boot? BAD business. To add insult to injury, I called another local Jack in the Box tosee if they knew how to get hold of the Twin Lakes' store's manager and was told that some of the managers are hard to get holdof. Shame on this franchisee, and the company, for having such disrespectful employees, terrible food and thievery! Good burgers bad area. Ya that s what I said then but its 6am and nobody was in line I know they had to make the burger nobody's... been in line it is snowing out and it's 6 in the morning I don't think anybody would be there they weren't so my burger camewith an upside-down hamburger bun for a sourdough bun and it's so old and hard I almost can't eat it I may not you think aboutthat horrible horrible horrible I mean not always like this there but man I wonder how old it is and I wonder if they justdropped the bottom half of the bun and just picked up whatever was closest and slapped it on there Read more
