Katsu serves beautiful looking burgers. They are instagram perfect and promise a trendy experience. They serve burger with deep... fried Panko patties, which I think was a pretty interesting idea. Burgers here are great. At least the ones that I have tried. This was the samurai and it was big and delicious. I also really... like their crispy 12 spice fries, even though they seemed a little spicier than normal today. Their honey miso dipping saucehelped with the spiciness, and they have quite a few other dipping sauces as well. One of the ladies was cleaning down all ofthe surfaces inside which also made me feel good about eating there. They also have a different brand of soda that I hadn'ttried before, some kind of berry flavor and it was great. Last night I tried this place for the first time and ordered the Tokyo Tower. It was very good but not quite complete to me. It... was so good I decided to have Katsu again tonight but I ordered Mt Fuji. Until now the best burger I had ever had was at theHeart Attack Grill on Fremont in Vegas. My opinion has now changed. All the hype about this place is real!! I live in Tacoma but I go out of my way to get over to Federal Way just for this... spot! The employees there are amazing, attentive, and kind. First time here and it was delicious! I had the Tokyo classic with sea salt fries and hubby got the Godzilla with curry fries.... Their beverages aren't your run of the mill drinks either. We had some acai drink that was super delicious! Read more

Great burgers. You won't find anything around quite like it. I have had a deep fried burger before, and although this was not... better, this is the only place that does them. Jones soda on tap is great. The curry fries are fantastic. That's one of the realstars here. Simple, easy to make yourself, but why! My original review got deleted, but had more in depth on the mayo flavorsand essentially the katsu style bites they have that are very tasty. You should definitely go at least once! Read more
