This place is going downhill so fast!!! They don't check your order the workers have a bad attitude. They don't even fill the... drinks! I pay extra for certain pieces and don't get them and when you bring it up they get mad! Like well don't charge me extrafor something you're not proving! I don?t know who the tall light skin black woman is who?s working the drive thru right now, but her aggressive disgusting and... rude demeanor towards a customer who hasn?t said more than 5 words through a speaker is downright cruel. Most times food is great. But my chicken was cold and chewy. Tasted better after I had to put in air fryer
August 27th evening, approximately 830-9pm, the cashier and team were incredible. I over heard the way the team leads and others... were talking to eachother. It was near end of night, scrambling to fill desired orders while balancing evening waste. Theircommunication to customer and employees was the same, positive, cheerful, communicative! I would literally find the footage ofthat moment for training videos. I felt like I was watching an unreal training video showing employees working together understress with great teamwork and communication. I had a white Ford F150 truck, drive-thru around 840p? Bald dude. So managerperson... watch how the employees acted and spoke to one another, that would be great every where! Read more
I've lived near this location for a long time but have never dined inside, which is why I'm only rating 4 stars. My experience... with this store is with their drive thru only, but they don't disappoint. Prompt service, always with call backs on your orderto ensure accuracy, and their food is prepared the right way. Will update this review if I ever end up using their dining room. Read more
Ordered a large meal. Didn't get a large fry and wasn't even a full small fry. They also charged me for someone else's order and... had to refund me and they didn't even have a penny to give me the full amount back that I was charged for. It must have been thecashier's first day working or something. But there's no excuse for giving me a small fry that isn't even full when I paid for alarge meal. Super disappointed in the service I got here. And even though their chicken sandwiches are pretty good(for fastfood) I probably won't be going back. At least not to this location. Read more
Super fast service, my cashier was friendly. I love being called endearing names. I order spicy hot breast tenders they were... burnt and chewy..... Someone there need to learn to use the mop or have a dedicated mop for the restrooms. The hallway andbathroom were like a skating ring and had a vomit like smell???? Read more
This place has the laziest employees. They told Uber they could not forfill our online order. And sent 3 Uber drivers away due... to them not being able to comply with an order taken by Uber. Our family had been waiting for almost an hour before we foundthis information out. The Uber drivers and my family have all lost time now due to the incompetence of the lazy awful nightshift at the federal way, Wa. location. Will be contacting the manager tomorrow to make sure the night crew gets some type ofrepercussions. Considering this was probably the 3rd time this has happened to us. Read more
