The 4 kids working at last window had their backs turned to me while trying to pass the food sack to me. Never spoke a word or... acknowledge me. They were more worried what their co-workers were saying and not the customer. Read more
Customer service needs improvement. Cashier wanted my card before confirming my order or giving me the amount. Person handing me... my food never spoke or acknowledged me, had her back to me the whole time yet chatted with coworker. That was pretty rude. Applepie was in an open box when it should have been sealed. Waited in drive thru line about 20 minutes. At least they got my orderright. Read more
Customer service here is below average. When we asked the overweight Caucasian guy for a Big Mac with chicken patty instead of... beef patty, he tells us it cannot be done. But at multiple other locations they are able to do it no problem. He was incrediblylazy and had no desire to go ask for help. Instead he told us it couldn't be done. The street/path to access this McDonald has been in disrepair for months. This is the only way to access this McDonalds by car,... it needs to be fixed. The app does not let you select to pick you food up from inside even though the lobby is open. Service forcurbside pick up was a little slow this trip but they were busy and are generally timely. The rating is based on the road/pathto access this location. Even if it's an adjacent property or public street, the franchise ownership should be vested ingetting this road/path repaired and frankly paved. Read more
Quick , good. I mean it's mcdonalds you get what you expect. Decent people serving quick food for cheap.
