The frozen yogurt was bad, it tasted chemical like, and artificial, the employee was nice. 6.50$ for 8 ounces is absurd... especially since it tasted bad, did not come to expectations as a non artificial tasty treat. May never come back. Read more

Awesome time with my kids. U can taste try the flavours, then self-serve ur bowl (very fun for the kids) & then pick whatever... toppings. Only thing with my kids is the time they took over analyzing the perfect toppings. Lol. Read more

We love Menchies and usually go to the Lakeland Hills location; never a problem there. This Federal Way location however, was... really dirty! There was a sign on the bathroom door stating that the lock was broken and to use it at your own use. Well, theyshould have also warned how nasty and slimy the sink was! I had my daughter stand outside the door and I used the restroom asquickly as I could, trying not to touch anything more than I needed to. Then, by the frozen yogurt and toppings, the floor wasdirty and sticky, and there were toppings/crumbs littered all over. All of the froyo trays were also really dirty. A coupleflavors tasted funky (my kids love to sample a good number of them), so we went with flavors that tasted like we're used to, andI just prayed we wouldn't get sick. Love Menchies great flavors that change during each different month. Adding the various toppings makes it a lot of fun... customizing to what your taste buds like. You pay by weight not by toppings and or frozen yogurt flavors. Read more

This place is always packed but it's well worth the wait. The frozen yogurt is good with several different flavors and then... there is the delicious toppings that you put on after getting your flavors and then last but not least is the closing withdifferent caramel fudge or chocolate among others. This is a great place to go and get your frozen yogurt to take home and watcha movie. The staff is always kind I highly recommend this place. Read more
