My family and I showed up 50 minutes before they closed and got the worst experience I've ever had in a MOD Pizza in my life. We... asked for dairy free cheese on all our pizzas. Someone had put regular cheese on one and we had caught it. The girl (shortmulticolored hair) making pizzas started being extremely aggressive and making everyone feel bad for wasting the dough. She wasslamming drawers and throwing dough. At one point she said we couldn't have anymore but changed her mind. The same girl wasmaking our pizzas and extremely under cooked them. They were very doughy and the cheese was just barely melted. When I got tothe cash register I tried to pay in cash and they tried to refuse my payment saying they couldn't give me change. After I said Ididn't need change because it was less than a dollar, they gave me change! I don't understand because they're till had tons ofmoney in it. I believe at one point the lady fell bad for having such an attitude that she tried giving everyone I broughtchocolate desserts. Second time we have been to this location. The first time was at the tail end of the pandemic and it was a bit rough. This time... is so much better. Staff is awesome and the pies were delicious. This was also part of our kids school fundraiser. So it was awin win for us Will definitely be back Read more
Everyone looks like they don't want to be here. Took 45 mim for a pizza, was only one in line. Never seen uglier pizzas and... build like a mountain. Probably huge food costs at the restaurant. Read more
So gross and unsanitary, dirty environment she did not wash her hands or change her gloves at any point of time I had to request... for her to do so.. That is just not OK with me and then she?s talking all over the food to other customers just talking that isgross. The staff were pretty friendly but they skimped on the ingredients. The ingredients they did put on the pizzas were just thrown... onto a single spot without being spread out. The store was out of straws, which was pretty unfortunate for the kids. Asked forthe pizzas to be well done, but they were still soggy. The tables were all very sticky and the cup lid dispenser was coated ingrime. There were also no napkins available. The atmosphere was pretty nice, but people who dislike music playing at highervolumes would likely be quite annoyed. Wasn't a terrible experience, but could have been better. Mods always good. You basically make you own pizza and they cook it. The toppings are fresh and tons of options! Atmosphere has... a lower score because there is so much noise from chairs being drug across the across the floor and no acoustics. The employeesall seem to enjoy their job so service is good.
