This restaurant was delicious! Some of the best sushi I\'ve ever had. My partner and I got agedashi tofu, a rainbow roll, a... spider roll, and a single piece of madai/Japanese red snapper nigiri and it was about $50. Pricey, but well worth it for datenight or other special occasions. The tofu was perfect, not too dry or hard like fried tofu can often be, and our rolls wereincredible. The fish was delicate and fresh and the rice was perfectly cooked and sticky. They were assembled masterfully andthe presentation was beautiful. The server was very polite. First time here for a simple mother\'s day lunch. Well greeted by all the chiefs at the sushi bar and the waitress. Seated right... away with menu and drinks came after. It was a little wait for our food, but understandable due to it being busy and peopleahead of us had big orders. Food was good service was good. This place is The Best Sushi ???? in Federal Way. Clean environment, spacious and outstanding ppl. Seen this place serves with... unique amenities and grace with food handling.
