Curbside is pretty bad, 20 minute wait past supposed order completion the first time. Tried curbside again, this time a 40... minute wait past order completion with 5 phone calls to get my food. Food is good, but it doesn't matter if you can't get it.(Was not busy either) Read more
Excellent place for a quick lunch. The drip coffee could be a little more fresh at 1pm. The chocolate croissants were a little... hard but decent. They could ask for the pastries to be heated. Overall nice customer service. Read more
The food was good and service was friendly, but I watched several patrons walk in and get frustrated that only 1 of the 3 self... service tablets were operational. One was down, the other didn't register inputs, causing everyone to either wait for the finaltablet to become available or to stand in line for the next representative. I think it would be best to get those up andrunning ASAP to maintain a high level of service. Read more

Been here multiple times and the quality deteriorates. Ordered curb side, they sent an email confirming my order was done,... waited 15 mins after marking ?I?m here?, called and no answer. I got the green cobb salad thing and here's how it went. They served it with a crusty spoon. There were two thin slices of... avocado. Three inch-sized pieces of chicken? And to top it off they gave me my extra sauce in a disposable container which iscompletely unnecessary seeing as I was eating in store. REUSABLE DISHES ARE BETTER FOR THE EARTH. Besides that, I wasn'tgreeted and they called out my order like I was being call by a military sergeant. I appreciate the possibility of a light,healthy meal that is quick and convenient. I had a tuna sandwich with old lettuce. The manager really didn't care. It was gross. I have never had a bad experience at... Panera bread, but after talking to the manager I can see why the quality of food was so bad. Bad attitudes and bad managementtrickle down. Read more
I generally enjoy everything at Panera. Today, I found something I dislike - the turkey chili. Don't like the flavor AT ALL.... And it has corn ???? which makes me sick, I truly can't eat it. ???? at least there was a baguette. Read more
