The food is good. But the services was a joke. I was the only customer and I wait 30min for my order. When I first got here they... said it will take 10min. I was Kool with it. Then after 10 min I went to check on it and they say that there doing it now. Itwill be another 5-10 min. Check on it after and snd it seen like they just started cooking it. It was for a 1 18inc pizza withhalf no cheese. How hard does it take to make one pizza that half of it has no cheese. Please step up service. Read more
I recently moved the area and was needing a pizza fix. I chose pizza pizzazz because I wanted to try a local pizza place,... instead of some big chain. Hot damn, this is some good pizza. Crust is crispy yet soft and breadsticks are perfect! Also theranch they dish out is top notch. I have been back multiple times and is hands down my favorite pizza joint in Federal Way. Read more
Its either a bullseye or a complete misfire here. Most times the pizza is amazing but a few times, including today the pizza was... super undercooked. We ordered through doordash, so the manager kept saying that he's sure the pizza wasnt undercooked. I tookpictures of super slippery, nasty cold dough but nobody ever answered if there was a number or something i could text thepictures to. Its obvious that the pizza was slid deep into the conveyor belt and didnt bake its full time. After attemptingeverything with the manager, his only response was to take it up with door dash and get a refund from them. Best breadsticks around. Combined with the ranch is the absolute best way to enjoy these amazing breadsticks. I'm almost certain... they use to sell these breadsticks at Decatur highschool when I went there. Pizza is also a good choice, it's got it's ownunique style compared to some of the main pizza places around. It's no Geno's but it's great nonetheless, even better the nextday in the oven (breadsticks also hold up well for leftovers.) The ranch and marinara are bomb and come in larger sized cups.Definitely house made. Salads are huge and perfect for two or three people. Overall great customer support so far and absolutelyworth the wait. Remember not everybody can stay consistent 100% of the time, stuff happens and nobody is perfect. I've enjoyedthis establishment many times and only once I believe have they royally burnt my pizza, breadsticks, and gave me the wrongsalad, and yet it was still delicious! These guys make some serious food. Their garlic knots are so delicious! I really love their spaghetti also. It?s REALLY about... anything that gets their house marinara sauce. The spaghetti is drenched in this magical sauce and the garlic knots come with aside of it too. And I can?t forget that the ranch sauce is REALLY good!, I think it has cheese in it..; I think it?s homemade.I know for sure, that it?s amazing~ The service is really excellent also!
