They never shake their matcha properly whenever I order it. Honestly it?s a cup of milk with powdered matcha chunks in it? I... couldn?t even drink it, I had to take it home and mix it myself. The other day I've gone into Safeway and tried to purchase the new strawberry funnel cake frappuccino drink. I ask the cashier... at that Starbucks does that drink have coffee in it, because my stomach don't hold well with coffee. She said all ourfrappuccino has coffee in it. Knowing the fact that I mentioned I wanted to try the drink but can't drink coffee she didn't evenoffer to say. "Well I can still make it for you just with no coffee. Instead she said nothing. Today I decided to try again butat the actual Starbucks building and ask in the drivethru.. Melissa very kind said she can make the drink without coffee if Ilike to try it..she also apologized for the other cashier girl . And Melissa was very kind and friendly gave me a freedrink.
