They never shake their matcha properly whenever I order it. Honestly it?s a cup of milk with powdered matcha chunks in it? I... couldn?t even drink it, I had to take it home and mix it myself. The other day I've gone into Safeway and tried to purchase the new strawberry funnel cake frappuccino drink. I ask the cashier... at that Starbucks does that drink have coffee in it, because my stomach don't hold well with coffee. She said all ourfrappuccino has coffee in it. Knowing the fact that I mentioned I wanted to try the drink but can't drink coffee she didn't evenoffer to say. "Well I can still make it for you just with no coffee. Instead she said nothing. Today I decided to try again butat the actual Starbucks building and ask in the drivethru.. Melissa very kind said she can make the drink without coffee if Ilike to try it..she also apologized for the other cashier girl . And Melissa was very kind and friendly gave me a freedrink. Horrible service! I?m giving them 2 stars because the coffee is always great, but the service was less than acceptable. We were... in line for 25 minutes waiting for our drinks. Once we were close to the window we discovered why. The employee, ( name tag saidKing) continued to talk with people for an extended amount of time holding up the line. Don?t get me wrong, King was veryfriendly, but to much talk and not enough service. Very disappointed. Read more
Such an amazing Starbucks
I am always up for Starbucks coffee because everywhere I go it's always the same and very good. This Starbucks has a friendly... staff but sometimes they allow bums to hangout all day in this place, they say well there a paying customers too but then theyare there every time I come to this starbucks.. My cup of coffee was very good. Other than that I did like that this Starbucksis still very clean and kept well despite the bums that hangout with there carts outside it. Read more
