The lady was so slow, spent almost all my lunch break waiting for her to just serve one customer. She handled paper money and... tried to serve me without washing her hands ???? I had to call her out and asked her to wash her hands. She got angry and servedme with an attitude. They should wash their hands after service each customer. We still have COVID!!! Read more

If you want a better service, order online first and pick up. Your coupon will be honored the way it should be without extra... charge, or force to pick some other cheaper item instead. Don't know about other locations, but at this Subway, the meat is alot less now comparing to what it used to be. This location used to be great but not anymore. Read more

Went in for 2 sandwiches today at 11 am. Employee was so unfriendly and cold- really had a huge chip on her shoulder. Threw... sandwiches together as if angry without caring how they looked or were put together. So disappointed. This Subway used to be myfavorite but new owners must be really bad to let it get this way. Read more

This is the second time I have placed sandwiches to be made online and ready to be picked up where my orders were messed up.... First time 3 of the 5 sandwiches were missing ingredients. At least 1 ingredient for each of those 3. My family didn't care andate them anyways. Today I had 4 sandwiches made. All 4 were not cut. They also weren't toasted like I had requested when I madethe order. My sandwich was the only one that was missing an ingredient. I paid $1.50 extra for sliced avocado. I drove back hereto tell the gal that my order wasn't made correctly that avocado was missing. I was told that there was no sliced avocado evenavailable, that I could be given a packet of guacamole. Told her I didn't want guacamole. (There is ingredients in it I do notlike/want). I told her that I wasn't even told about the no avocado when I picked up the order. I asked for my $1.50 back. I wastold that wasn't an option but was given 2 cookies instead. Yippy... gave them to my son. I would leave a review on the sightitself or app but I can't because you need a paper receipt. Well when I picked up the order she showed me the name on thereceipt, asked me to confirm..I said yes. Then immediately she crumpled up the receipt and threw it in the trash. I also didnot receive a receipt the first time I placed an order as well. Didn't notice that till I got home. Usually I get handed thereceipt or it's put in the bag. When I got home, no receipt. I will be going elsewhere from now on. No wonder this location hashorrible reviews and barely above 2 stars. (I didn't bother checking before placing orders. Well, my lesson learned.) Read more

I come to this subway about 4 times a week to get lunch for work or dinner after. I usually don't write reviews, but I love... going to this subway. It's seriously one of the cleanest subways I have ever ate at. The subs are always great, and the customerservice is exceptional. Even when I'm running late for work the employees can quickly make my sandwich, and it taste like theyreally put their time into making it. I'm only rating it 4 stars since there were some bad employees that worked here in thepast which gave me a bad experience, but looks like the management got rid of them! I recommend anyone to try this location, I'msure you'll love it! Thank you Subway for the wonderful meals!!! Read more

This subway is run by some stingy people! I ask for olives they put like 5 olives I ask for extra cucumbers they put 3. And when... I ask for more they give me a dirty look. Then I get home to eat the sandwich and the bread is so tough to eat like it?s beenover cooked! Waste of money and very disappointed! Read more

I ordered online for pickup, granted I did get there 3 minutes early than my estimated order pickup time. Most Subways will have... your order ready WAY BEFORE the order time. This place was dead. I was the only person there. Order was not ready 5 minutes pastmy pickup. I was in the hurry, so I asked to cancel the order. They would not let me cancel the order. Insisted on "I make itright now." I've had two bad experiences here in as many weeks. One employee, a Indian woman, does NOT care in making a sandwich. From... coughing into your gloves and not changing them, to just bad sandwich preparations. She also allows the homeless to loiter atthe door, making more than myself uncomfortable. She doesn't center the bacon as she's supposed to, she just throws the cheeseon without any placement and NEVER cuts the sandwich into you. I'm not going to correct her and explain how to do her job, andits because of this I'll no longer visit this location. Read more
