Ordered two sub sandwiches online and paid. Went to pick it up at suggested time and they didn?t have the ingredients for my... order. Requested refund but they said I must speak to the manager - took my number but never received a call. Two days laterwalked in and the manager said she couldn?t do anything for me and that I would have to file a dispute with my credit cardcompany. They were all lacking professionalism????. I am still waiting for my refund of less than $20. Read more

Supposed to open at 8am. Still no one here at 8:15. Can't just sit and wait around for your undependable staff to show up... whenever they feel like it. Read more

Hard working staff. Fast and efficient. Never a problem for the best, fresh, tasty grab and go sandwich! Cookies!

Do NOT GO HERE!! I got food poisoning, and when I called to let them know the manager wanted to say ?we get new turkey every... Friday so I will have to see? ? And offered a new sandwich? I rather you act sincerely about my sickness then offered anothernasty sandwich that got me sick in the first place!! Read more

Just left a comment at another near by subway. Terribly ran... horrible place. This subway is different. Seems to have better... management. Better friendlier staff. They wont leave you to go hide behind an office to wait for you, the customer, to leavelike the other one by the qfc. This subway has better people. Ivan v. and Austin c. were very kind, quick, and seemed to be agreat team flying through orders not letting people wait. They werent sloppy with making your food. The ceiling of the storecould be remodeled. But everything else was well placed and clean. No stains from a soda maker. No finger prints on doors orwindews. Not even gum under the table. This is a good subway for in and out food. Do not go to the subway near qfc for a longwhile. Go to this one. Read more

Here we go again with terrible customer service. But this time I have an excuse. Well I never go to Subway hardly but this time... a coupon in the mail made me. It's close to closing time so I understand that the employees may have had a long day. But that'sno excuse to make a paying customer feel like they are intruding by being there. I tried to get my simple order outta the waybut I was made to feel as if they were doing me a favor for spending my money at Subway. I complain about the service ask tospeak to a manager on duty was told there was no one in charge. I tried to get the ladies name who dealt with me the otheremployee refused to give it to me and then finally the employee comes from the back and gives me her name. I was told by theother employee that she doesn't speak English and that's why she was rude. Never again going to Subway it's a totaldisheartening experience. Read more

Horrible customer service, they don't own their mistakes. I order online, got the wrong order delivered, the guy had to go back... and the order was wrong, what is the point of customizing your order if they can't follow instructions. The phone kept ringingand nobody answered. I drove to the store and they made me pay again for my sandwich because they wouldn't fix it for me. Theykept arguing, definitely these kids need training and better judgement. Read more

This location is horrible!!! If I could give one star I would. They don?t give good service and get irritated when you ask for a... little more of anything!!!! Even tho you?re paying extra for it! I don?t understand. The management needs to re-hire the teamthere they used to have good people but not anymore. Super sad we used to come here everyday. Oh well I will give the store byBurger King our service. Btw they don?t change their gloves after touching stuff that fell on the floor I watched her pick it upand still touch all the veggies!!!
