It's a fast food place so of course I'm not expecting the best. But my crunchy tacos were soggy, nacho fries were limp and the... burritos were cold and didn't taste great. I do appreciate the kindness of the workers, they probably deal with rude people allday so I make it a point to be kind to them even if the food wasn't good. Read more
Orderd on the app got a custom combo and a regular combo and 3 soft tacos only beef. They got the 2 combos wrong and forgot to... wrap one of the soft tacos. Employee at the window and speaker had an attitude. When they handed me my food they practicallyshoved it in my hands. I used to love this place but after the remodel the quality of experience has gone way down. Unlessmanagement changes I probably won't be ordering from here again. Read more
Stood in the lobby with another gentleman for over 10 minutes. (He had been standing there for close to 30) No acknowledgement,... nothing. Horrible way to run an establishment. Maybe consider communicating with your customers that you are busy or that thelobby is closed. Also, when someone asks you a question, it would be polite to answer and not ignore. Read more

I would have given a better score as the food wasn't bad but the fact that TACO BELL is open to an environment of thievery... didn't sit well with me. Sat and watched as 3 kids, out of school asked for, and were given, free cups "for water" and thenproceeded to fill up with coke "as the cashier watched" and walked out without paying or a word from any employee. I guess TACOBELL doesn't mind being stolen from. Read more
