We ordered $100 worth of food through, one of the things we ordered was a Kids Crystal shrimp which was never delivered and we... got charged for it. All of our food was packed in containers in which they could not properly fit, in which we not to be able torecognize which roll was each one of them. Despite of us having to go out of our way to find elsewhere food for our little one,because her food was never delivered, I found a piece of plastic inside the roll while I was eating. My husband and I had their all you can eat sushi last night and it was absolutely fantastic. The sushi here is tasty and I... appreciate their multicultural staff. Everyone was fantastic especially our sushi roller Hector. The atmosphere here is a bityounger and has more energy than some of their other locations but it wasn't loud so I'd definitely recommend this place for afirst date. My husband and I love this location! It's so close to home and we were so excited when it opened and that it made it through the... pandemic!! We went tonight for the Dine for a Cure event which they do every year(having family recently recovering from breastcancer makes this event hit close to home)! We got the AYCE dinner, and Andy was the one that kept making sure our sushi keptcoming!! I definitely am stuffed! A tasty sushi joint! I'm always impressed with the quality of the food here. The quantity is always a little light, I don't... leave here feeling like I've had a full meal. I would describe it as more of a light treat. The atmosphere can be kind of cold.The service is minimal, nothing special. Nothing poor. My husband and I noticed that the tipping portion of payment is crooked.We calculated what a 10% tip would be, because we wanted to tip that amount. When we entered it into the computer system theyuse for payment, the 10% calculation was much higher. Like extra dollars more. If the service was excellent, I'd feel more thanwilling to tip heavily. But the service was mediocre at best. I found it dishonest to see the tipping services inflated. If Ididn't calculate it prior, I would not have realized this. My review was deleted! Coming back daily until it stays up!!! I ordered the Sashimi plate which comes with 12 pieces of sashimi,... salad and soup. I also ordered Unagi sushi. Was told 20-25min but it took almost an hour! I checked when I got out to my carand the salad and soup were missing. Went back and talked to Victor. As I showed him the unagi l and rolling around in a largeclam shell, he said it’s nigiri what to you expect? I agreed with him and he said why are you being rude. At this point I justwanted to get out of there! Super disappointed when I got to my hotel room to find only 9 pieces of sashimi. The owner flaggedthis review so it would disappear!!! This is real! Having been a avid Trappers Bonney Lake customer for over 8 years, my Grub Hub delivery was a horrible example of Trappers... quality. I paid over $80 for this slop! Salmon was so nasty slimy we didnt eat. I ordered the most expensive roll ($18) on themenu and the slop in the pictures left of the tiny wasabi dot.The “cucumber salad” was a joke. Raw cucumber in clunky chunksand not brined. Portions were tiny. I received a teeny tiny dollop of wasabi and ginger for FOUR ORDERS!! I will NEVER eat atTrappers again. How incredibly disappointing. We've always eaten in house and everything has been great. We decided to order deliver tonight and... can't believe the portions they sent. We paid $20.00 for the steak and chicken plate and we got a quarter of the normal portion.Just because you can't see your customer doesn't mean they don't matter. Read more
