They mostly get orders correct, but sometimes not. If they don't and you call to let them know, they will make it right. Their... drivers are terrible and I've almost been hit multiple times in the parking lot because they drive like maniacs coming in andout of the parking lot. Read more
Ordered for my first time today and the sauce for my cheesy bread was forgotten and, after contacting an employee, I was... promised it would be brought to me even after I volunteered to go and get it, and no one ever came. So now the bread isn?t justdry, but also cold because I waited for an hour. *** Update, terrible management that doesn?t know what they?re doing andyells/gets loud and rude with paying customers. Either someone took my food off the porch or the delivery driver dropped myfood off to the wrong house and I was very understanding and only wanted a refund because I received no food, and the managerfought me on getting a refund because it was my fault. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have sworn off giving another penny of my family's money to this company. I wanted to... like them after their corporate commercial about buying local restaurant gift cards to help support them, but after the lasttime we ordered I cannot support them at all. Our last order took FOREVER (almost 3 hours from the time I placed the order untilI had it in my hands) - it was "on the road" for over an hour. Ridiculous! I'm leaving a review after the fifth CANCELLED order I've received. Usually on Sunday nights. You place the order.... Then ten minutes or so later you are called to be notified you won't be receiving your order. The best part is the attitude youreceive! No apology, just straight up rudeness! They're upset at you for placing an order and having to call you to say youwon't be getting it. Sorry for your luck! Read more
