I have given this dunkin many chances, and as usual, it is a disappointment. From workers who do not care at all, to food and... drink orders that are continuously wrong, I am officially done wasting my money at this place! I like to go inside and eat my small breakfast, but I'll be buying my Dunkin orders somewhere else from now on. No one covers... the order area here probably because they do a large takeout business. Therefor the last 3 times I ate here I waited at least 5minutes before someone recognizes that there are customers! Today the absolutely rude red head said: "you all set?" I chuckledand said NO. I see a lot of low reviews for this location. I live about 5 minutes away and come here multiple times a week. Now, I admit I?m... not a coffee drinker but I do really like their newer Peach and Dragonfruit refreshers. I always get 2 wake up wraps withsausage, egg and cheddar* cheese. I stopped going to the DD in feeding hills last summer because the team members were rude and constantly got my order wrong. I... caved in and went on May 4,2022 and the service was bad. I was greeted at the drive through with" what do you want". No welcomenothing. I ordered a breakfast bagel and when I got to the window, no hello, thank you, nothing. Got two grilled sandwiches, or they were supposed to be, but they messed up the cheese on one and the bread was super soft on... both so I went back to ask they be toasted and they claimed they were so I said maybe there was something wrong with thetoaster. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the woman snatched my bag and chucked it in the trash without a word. She remadethe sandwiches and made sure to burn them this time instead, inside and out. They don't use butter on the toast, so imagine howhard it was to choke it down completely dry and burnt on top of that. Not possible But the dog loved it. Took the Dunkin surveyto let them know how I felt and they said I'd be contacted about the experience and I never was. That's fine, I'll just leavethis review instead. Every time I order something they get my order wrong and then they give you attitude the redhead a girl looks at you and she... doesn?t even ask you if you need anything.
